Come join the Finger Lakes Volkssport Club for a 5K or 10k walk through Oneonta, New York. The walk will go through the downtown, SUNY Oneonta and Neahwa park.

TRAIL INFORMATION: Trail rating is 2A due to hills and some steps; Walk is on sidewalks, but due to stairs, is not suitable for strollers. Please don't litter.
ELIGIBILITY: All ages are welcome to participate. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Pets must be on a leash and you must carry current proof of vaccination for rabies. Please clean up after your pet.
REGISTRATION: Event is eligible for acquisition of IVV achievement awards. One event stamp may be entered in event books. Fee is $3.00. Unlimited distance credit may be entered in distance books. You may walk twice using the same start card. Event award is available for $5.00 including walk event credit stamp. IVV achievement books are available for $5.00 each. No refunds once event is started. Participants may walk at no charge if no event credit or award is wanted.

TIME: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
DIRECTIONS: From the south, take Interstate 88 East to Oneonta exit 14. Turn left on Main Street and then left on S. Main. (S. Main turns into Ford Avenue.) Look for the Wilber National Bank building--the turn onto S. Main is just past it. There is a public parking lot across the street from the YMCA. Note that there are 2 hour and 4 hour slots in the parking lot.
From the north, take Interstate 88 West to Oneonta exit 15. Turn right from the exit, then left onto Main. St. Turn right onto S. Main (S.Main turns into Ford Avenue). The turn onto S.Main is marked by a stop light. Wilber National Bank is at the corner.
WEATHER: Events are held regardless of weather. Plan and dress appropriately.
REFRESHMENTS: Water and restrooms available at the start point and along the route.
