Dryden from Dreamweaver
Come join the Finger Lakes Region Volkssport Club for a 10k walk in Dryden, New York. Walk along country roads into the Village of Dryden with historic sites, returning on a Rail Trail.

ELIGIBILITY: All ages are welcome to participate. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult; pets must be on a leash and you should clean up after your pet.
REGISTRATION: Event is eligible for acquisition of IVV achievement awards. One event stamp may be entered in event books. Fee is $2.00. Unlimited distance credit may be entered in distance books. You may walk twice using the same start card on the same day. Event award is available for $6.00. including walk event credit stamp. IVV achievement books are available for $5.00 each. No refunds once event has started. Participants may walk at no charge if no event credit or award is wanted. Walks of a shorter distance are available for those unable to complete a 10K walk.

TIME: Saturday, 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Finish by dark
DIRECTIONS: From Binghamton: Take NY Rt. 81 north, to Marathon exit 9. Travel west on Route 221 west for 12 miles until it intersects Route 38 in Harford. Take Route 38 north for 3 miles, turn right on West Lake Road. The lake and park are 1 mile on right. From Syracuse: Take NY Rt. 81 south to Cortland exit 11. Go south on Route 13 to the village of Dryden where Route 38 intersects Route 13. go south on Route 38. Travel 2.1 miles from the Dryden stop light where Route 13 turns right. At Chaffee Road, turn left. Got to end and turn left, the park entrance is a short distance on the right. From Ithaca: Route 13 east to Dryden. At the stop light, turn right onto Route 38. It is 2.1 miles to Chaffee Road. Turn left, go to end of road. Take left on West Lake Road. The park entrance is a short distance on the right.
REFRESHMENTS: Water and food available at the start point.
